DTS Property Management provides total solution property management, property preservation, and junk removal services across more than 20 Northeast Ohio counties. Its suite of affordably priced, code-compliant residential real estate solutions help its clients jettison junk, speed up turnaround time for conveyance, and provide a maximum return on investment for private and institutional investors.
The company helps mature investors manage their portfolio, new investors find the perfect property, and prospective tenants find their new home. And the website is the “home” for all that. But, it didn’t want just a pretty website. President and founder Tone Robinson wanted a website that worked for his business. And that meant developing a new web presence that could effectively perform three business-critical roles:
- Salesman– to support demand generation, drive leads, convert online sales
- Marketer- to showcase the company’s unique brand story and engage visitors in conversations
- Customer service agent- to make sure that tenants could access services online, anytime
Focused on growth and business expansion into new markets, the property management company realized that to achieve its forecasts, its website had to become a compelling focus of its customer acquisition and tenant service strategy. Our process of listening unearthed the heart and soul of the firm’s brand story, revenue goals its new website needed to create, and uncovered unexpressed needs of the client. With a firm grasp on the industry, and the needs and concerns of DTS, we constructed a tailor-made brand message. To tell the story and properly position DTS’s services, we revised its entire website, adding engaging SEO-friendly content and a newly designed interface fit for the brand.
We introduced an easy-to-use content management system that would not only allow the client the ability to manage the website moving forward, but also incorporated features that it could grow with. To help the company capture more leads and conversions, we integrated smart technology platforms like MailChimp, e-commerce and online service-call booking functionality. Lastly, Google Analytics, Webster Tools and sales tracking APIs were added to the system to allow Robinson the ability to monitor performance, visitors, conversions and campaign ROI.
The website launched in April 2016 which was perfectly timed to coincide with two important company milestones. The first milestone was the introduction of the company’s new business line, junk removal services, and the second was the upgraded field presence of the newly rebranded truck fleet.
